Charlene joined us and played the guitar for the closing hymn. Noy & Naphi were absent because yesterday was the 5th Sabbath of a month and they were off duty. Probably they went to Hiroshima. Mrs. Hiraga was also absent. Her baby due is soon, so she decided to be careful. Instead Kiyoko translated the sermon. I couldn't help her because I was playing the saw for the special music and didin't have time to read the manuscript. Charlene, who is from Australia but now working at ADRA New Zealand, is going back to New Zealand today. She is coming back again next summer. We are looking forward to seeing her again.

After lunch kids had a pathfinder club activity. They learned how to use kinves.
Before going home we went to a beach with Niki. Kid's were excited. Makoto put a bone ( or core? I don't know what to call it) of a cuttlefish on his head. Niki is going back to Jamaica soon and get married with a pastor. Both she and the pastor have to take an exam, she says, in order for their marriage to be accepted by the conference. So she was busy writing something on a piece of paper.
I was reading a book or taking a nap throughout the afternoon, but it was a quiet and nice early summer day.
